The process of tattooing private areas is very similar to tattooing more common body areas:
skin prep, sizing the design, applying the stencil (unless it's freehand), tattooing ...
and that’s it!
Contrary to what some people may think, they don’t hurt any more than other areas.

(just to name a few sensitive areas)
getting your genitals tattooed will likely be easier than you expect.
